Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing and registering charitable entities
* Advising charity trustees on their roles, responsibilities, and powers
* Guiding on charity mergers and asset transfers
* Drafting policies and key charity documentation
* Managing the closure and de-registration of charities
* Collaborating with property and employment teams on charity-related issues
* Liaising with the Charity Commission
* Advising on regulatory matters within the charity sector
* Delivering exceptional client service in partnership with team members
* Participating in business development and networking initiatives
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff members

* Proven experience working with charities of varying sizes
* Ability to exercise sound judgment with appropriate levels of supervision depending on the transaction
* Strong understanding of relevant legal principles and their practical application
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Approachable and skilled at building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
