About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those you support. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your own career while gaining valuable experience and training.
This is a brand new supported living service in Sandwich, and we have high expectations for our staff. You will receive all necessary training locally before you start supporting individuals.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is essential. You will work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. We’re open to discussing flexible options, such as:
* Nights only
* Weekends only
* Part-time hours
Your Responsibilities
In this role, we need support workers who are:
* Patient, understanding, and confident in their approach.
* Mindful of their language, honest, and consistent.
* Willing to work alongside specialists in multi-disciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.
* Ready to support not just one individual, but also others who may need assistance.
Your flexible approach will help maintain a collaborative, team-focused, person-centered environment, ensuring everyone receives the care and attention they deserve.
