Your Tasks:
* Expansion of our international customer base in the Industry and Consumer sector.
* Realization of new applications with the company’s high-performance polymers.
* Technical and commercial customer support, management of international projects.
* Creation and implementation of short, medium and long-term plans.
* Realization of corporate goals.
Your Profile:
* Engineering degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable technical education.
* Relevant market and technical expertise combined with business acumen.
* Demonstrable ability to develop new applications at new and existing customers.
* Knowledge of Industry and Consumer markets in the region, especially Healthcare.
* Experience in injection moulding and the design of plastic components is an advantage.
* High degree of initiative, commitment and an independent, structured way of working.
* Results-oriented thinking and acting, as well as resilience and assertiveness.
* Committed, goal-oriented communication.
* Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage.
* Travel activity up to 80%.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
