Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
* Complete servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and maintenance
* Deliver accurate vehicle health checks
* Manage jobs independently from start to finish
* Road test vehicles following repair work
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment
* Support customer enquiries and occasional front-of-house duties
* Complete all related administration and documentation accurately
* Assist with general workshop oversight when required
What We're Looking For
* DVSA-approved MOT Tester (If possible)
* Minimum 4 years' workshop experience
* Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Proven mechanical capability and strong diagnostic competence
* Ability to carry out accurate and efficient repairs across all vehicle systems
* Confident using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
* Able to read and interpret technical diagrams and system schematics
* Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues
* Full UK driving licence
* High attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent workmanship
