From day-to-day support to shaping long-term digital strategies, this role will touch every part of the business – from operations to front-of-house hospitality tech. The role: • Lead 2nd/3rd line technical support, maintain core systems EPOS, ERP, CRM, and oversee infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and service desk improvements. • Manage digital menu updates, implement customer engagement and workforce platforms, and ensure smooth transitions of new systems into BAU. • Drive the adoption of AI tools, chatbots, and automation to enhance user experience, boost efficiency, and enable smarter, data-driven decisions. • Lead complex IT projects, manage change across departments, and ensure risk mitigation, compliance, and operational continuity. • Define technical strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion emerging hospitality technologies that align with business goals.
