This role will equip you with skills and abilities to take on duties of recruitment consultants with confidence and resilience. These duties include:
* Business development to win new client's business
* Sourcing the best candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and the company database
* Interviewing and screening potential candidates
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Inbound and outbound phone calls
* Writing and responding to emails
* Utilising social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
* Visiting clients
* Managing databases and Excel documents
