Role Overview
We’re seeking a BI Analyst to maintain our PowerBI environment and deliver high-quality dashboards. You will work directly with stakeholders, translate business needs into insights, and explore open-source BI tools to enhance our current setup.
Responsibilities
1. Power BI Development: Build and optimize dashboards using DAX, M Query, and SQL.
2. Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and deliver timely, accurate reports.
3. Marketing Analytics: Manage and improve Google Analytics and BigQuery data for targeted insights.
4. Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to integrate advanced analytics, including ML and LLM.
5. Documentation & QA: Maintain thorough documentation and ensure data accuracy.
6. Innovation: Investigate open-source BI tools like Superset, Metabase, Grafana, and custom Node.js solutions for potential improvements.
Minimum requirements include 2+ years of experience in BI (Power BI, SQL, GA), strong communication skills, and understanding of marketing analytics, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Bonus points for experience or interest in open-source BI tools and custom reporting solutions.
