We are seeking a highly motivated qualified Occupational Therapists with demonstrated experience in all processes of OT assessment and outcomes in a community setting. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has a commitment to their professional development, which we encourage and will support you on your journey. This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time and Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until 30 April 2026.
What is our Occupational Therapist role?
The role of Occupational Therapist is to provide occupational therapy services to consumers of the Community Mental Health Service; function as a case manager undertaking clinical assessment of an allocated case load of consumers with a mental health condition; plan, implement and evaluate individual and group Occupational Therapy programs using a client centred, recovery focussed model of care; provide specialist occupational therapy consultancy and education to the multidisciplinary team, other agencies and stakeholders.
