Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts Available:
* 6:00am – 2:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* 10:00am – 6:00pm

The Recruitment Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a newly established and fast-growing client based in Banbury. We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate picking and packing of products
* Attention to detail is essential due to the high-security nature of the work
* Ensuring all pick forms are correctly completed and actioned
* Packing to a high standard to meet client and customer expectations
* Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
* Must have a keen eye for detail and a responsible attitude
* Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
