Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Bar Supervisor to join the team in the Long Bar. You will be supporting the Bar Manager with the day to day running of the Long Bar based in our prestigious Pall Mall clubhouse with some of the best dining facilities in London.
Responsibilities:
 * Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
 * Contribute to the preparation of staff rotas
 * Assist with events planning for private parties and quiz nights
 * Assist bar manager in developing, motivating, managing and training team
 * Prepare the working area to set standards prior to service
 * Deliver friendly and efficient member experience
 * Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in the department
About you:
 * Able to demonstrate leadership skills
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment
 * Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
 * Awareness of Licencing laws
