About the Role
As our Operations Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our warehouse operations. Your leadership will ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing a dedicated team to keep them motivated and organized.
* Conducting training sessions and monitoring attendance and performance.
* Facilitating communication between team members and management.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.

About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in people management. While experience in warehouse management is desirable, we also value leadership skills from other sectors. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or similar industries.
* Proven ability to manage large operations and liaise effectively at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills to build strong relationships with team members and management.
* Experience in planning and executing warehouse operations, tackling challenges as they arise.
