Overview
This role will carry out specified cleaning duties to various locations as defined by the Management Team, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with the Client and NCSL Policies and Procedures. Areas covered within this role are inclusive of but not limited to Void Properties. The main responsibilities include following health and safety regulations, adhering to cleaning schedules, using equipment safely, and maintaining effective communication with the management team. The employee is expected to complete necessary paperwork, undertake training, and be flexible with additional duties when required. This role requires previous cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and demonstrate good communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high standards of customer service are essential. A full driving licence is also required.

Recruitment Process
This role is for 37 hours per week, but to ensure flexibility and promote an inclusive workplace part time hours or a job share agreement will be considered.
