About the role As a Secondary Supply Teacher in a long-term placement, you will become an integral part of the school community, delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing to a positive learning environment. Roles are available on both full-time and part-time bases and may involve: Teaching your specialist subject across Key Stages 3 and 4 Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Working collaboratively with departments and school staff Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate About the School We work with a wide range of secondary schools across Telford and Shropshire, including academies, community schools and multi-academy trusts.
