Overview

At Thames Water, we deliver life’s essential service so our customers, communities, and the environment can thrive. Every day, we supply 2.6 billion litres of clean water and manage wastewater for 16 million customers through a network of 32,000 km of pipes across London and the Thames Valley. We’re on an exciting journey to modernise the way we work, and digital transformation plays a huge part in this. By joining us, you’ll be at the heart of one of the UK’s most ambitious programmes to transform how we deliver for our colleagues, customers, and communities.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a major HR and Payroll transformation using SAP SuccessFactors as part of our ERP programme.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager

Apply the SAP Activate methodology to structure, guide, and monitor delivery. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across People, Finance, Digital, Commercial/Procurement, ERP Programme, and senior leadership. Act as the main interface with our System Integrator to ensure delivery and alignment. Develop and execute a business change strategy, including supplier enablement, training, and employee portal adoption. Oversee data migration, cleansing, transformation, and validation, ensuring business sign-off. Ensure smooth integration with existing ERP and People systems. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and benefits realisation aligned with programme objectives.
