We’re partnering with a long-established UK manufacturer operating across two key COMAH sites to appoint a Senior HSE Advisor who will play a central role in shaping and strengthening safety performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a core member of the SHEQ team, you’ll:
* Drive compliance across ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.
* Maintain and develop the legal compliance register.
* Advise teams at all levels on safety and environmental best practice.
* Represent the organisation during regulatory and certification audits (HSE, EA, BSI).
* Lead and support incident investigations and manage the SHEQ reporting system.
* Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety training.
* Report key safety and environmental performance data.
* Support occupational health surveillance programmes.
* Take part in the emergency response team, including limited out-of-hours cover.
This is a role where you’re trusted to get close to the operation, understand the risks, and help people work safer, smarter, and more confidently every day.
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
* TechIOSH (2+ years).
* Experience within a COMAH or chemical manufacturing environment is ideal.
* Strong relationship-builder with the confidence to influence and support at all levels.
* Someone proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving engagement.
