The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Possibilist to provide comprehensive operational support to our CEO. You will serve as the central operational spine for the CEO’s daily activities, acting as a dedicated point of contact and a proactive facilitator for their priorities. This is an office-based role focused on delivering high-level executive support. You need to be sharp, proactive, and comfortable juggling critical tasks acting as a calm anchor in a fast moving growing agency. We need someone who spots issues before they become problems and deals with them efficiently. As a true ambassador for the CEO and the agency, you will manage complex schedules and ensure the CEO is prepared for every commitment. We are looking for a professional who can anticipate needs, deal with confidential and often sensitive information, protect the CEO's time, and represent the leadership team with poise and precision. Location Brighton - with travel to London and other locations as and when needed Responsibilities ➔ Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, and handle travel logistics. Draft confidential correspondence and presentations. Act as a first point of contact, screening enquiries and prioritising actions for the CEO. ➔ Office Management: Support the smooth running of our Brighton office space. including vendor relationships, contracts, client visits and office supplies. Ensure a consistent, high-standard environment for all staff. Organise essential office events and agency company meetings. ➔ Board Support: Assist the Board with logistics, meeting preparation, and board packs. ➔ Collaborate with the CEO, Ops and People Team on various projects and initiatives as needed. ➔ Collaborate with the CEO, Ops and People Team on various projects and initiatives as needed. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Requirements: ➔ Proven experience supporting a senior executive or founder in a high-growth environment, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced industry. ➔ Exceptional organisational skills and an almost obsessive attention to detail. Seriously, you sweat the small stuff. ➔ Discretion is non-negotiable. You’ll handle sensitive and confidential information daily. ➔ A confident, professional, and solutions-focused approach. When you hit a wall, you find a way over it. ➔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You speak plainly and clearly. ➔ Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Seriously, you sweat the small stuff. Errors are unacceptable in executive correspondence and scheduling. ➔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. ➔ Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ➔ A degree is not essential, but demonstrable success in a demanding EA/PA role is ➔ Experience in managing small to medium office logistics, facilities, and vendor contracts is desirable Who we are.
