We have an opportunity for a SCPHN (Health Visitor) to join our HCP Band 7 team leads to continue developing the HCP in West Sussex.
The post is based in East Grinstead and is part-time, 18.75 hours per week. You will work alongside existing Team Leads in the Mid Sussex Hub.

0-5 Healthy Child Programme Team Lead - Part Time
We seek a Health Visitor Team Lead to manage a 0-5 Healthy Child Programme Hub in Mid Sussex North.
This exciting opportunity is for a dynamic SCPHN - Health Visitor who wishes to maintain clinical expertise while developing management and supervision skills, leading a 0-5 HCP hub in line with local and national priorities.
The team includes Health Visitors, Staff Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses, and administrative staff.
Our Trust has Gold UNICEF Baby Friendly accreditation, and our Health Visitors are trained in the scheme's promotional guides.
You will receive a full induction, peer mentoring, clinical supervision, and line management from the Deputy Nursing and Operational Heads of Service. There are weekly team lead meetings and integrated meetings with local authority colleagues.

Job responsibilities
You will work with other team leads to manage the Mid Sussex Hub, covering North and South teams. You will collaborate on ideas, participate in working groups, and attend regular meetings.
You will have supervision from Deputy Heads of Service (operational and clinical) and the Safeguarding Lead. There are peer supervision groups and a comprehensive induction and support process.

* Experience in safeguarding children casework and risk management
* Experience supervising others
* Willingness to develop leadership and managerial skills

Salary: £47,810 to £54,710 per annum/pro rata
