The Role: Dealing / Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing London team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, executing FX trades, and providing tailored solutions to help clients navigate currency markets effectively.
You’ll work closely with Executive management, sales, operations and compliance —ensuring clients receive the highest level of service while contributing to the ongoing development of our dealing desk.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage and support a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
•Execute spot, forward, and market order FX trades with precision and efficiency
•Deliver relevant market insights and commentary to help clients make informed decisions
•Provide bespoke FX risk management solutions based on each client’s needs
•Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
•Collaborate internally to ensure smooth day-to-day client operations
•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience in an FX dealing or account management role is essential
•Strong knowledge of FX products, pricing, and trade execution
•Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and support growth
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach
•Highly organised and capable of managing multiple relationships and tasks
•Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
•Strong understanding of compliance, KYC, and FCA-regulated environments
