The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Client Account Executive to join our Client Account Management team.
This is an entry-level role within a small, friendly team who are responsible for managing relationships with our charity clients and ensuring campaigns run smoothly, compliantly and effectively.
The position is varied, structured and task-focused. You'll play a supporting role to our Account Managers while building the foundations for a long-term career in client management if you have ambitions to progress.
Client Account Support & Coordination
· Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner
· Preparing reports and assisting with performance analysis
· Managing administrative and coordination tasks
· Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate documentation
· Liaising with internal teams including operations, IT and business development
· Supporting the smooth delivery of client campaigns internally & externally
· Helping maintain strong, positive client relationships
This is an admin and task-heavy role requiring focus, organisation and attention to detail. The ability to follow processes carefully while thinking logically and solving problems is essential.
About You
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Computer literate and comfortable using online systems (essential)
· Base working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Confident following direction and managing multiple priorities
· Clear and professional communicator
· Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
Previous experience in an office, administrative or customer-facing role is highly beneficial but not essential.

Salary, Hours and Location
Salary: £17,500 per annum
Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Work Location: In person (Lostwithiel)
