Job description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Skilled Production Operatives. This role is offered by Staffline Recruitment Ireland in collaboration with our esteemed client, Pilgrims Craigavon, known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Label checker
2. Ensure all product labels are accurate, legible, and compliant with company and legal standards
3. Check product details including dates, batch codes, weights, and product descriptions
4. Verify correct labels are applied to the right products before dispatch
5. Identify and report any errors, inconsistencies, or missing information on labels
6. Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve labelling issues quickly
7. Maintain accurate records of checks and report findings as required
8. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
9. Support general quality control processes within the production environment
10. Assist in continuous improvement of labelling accuracy and efficiency
11. Working hours:
12. Monday to Friday to am
13. Steady shift
Requirements:
14. No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
16. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
17. Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
