You'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, identifying efficiencies, and introducing new strategies to improve output, quality, and performance.
Production Manager (Mandarin speaker) Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily production and warehouse operations across multiple sites
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 100+ staff to achieve production targets
* Implement process improvements and drive continuous efficiency gains
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop operational strategies for growth
Requirements:
* Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
* Proven experience in a food manufacturing or related production environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
