Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £78 – £100 per day
Start Date: Immediately

Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN):
* Assist dynamic SEN lessons: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Tailored support: Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence.
* Positive environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
* Innovative collaboration: Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
* Holistic development: Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being.
Qualities We Seek:
* Educational background: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
* Have prior experience of working with SEN pupils.
* Positive demeanour: Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to work with secondary level students.
* Enhanced DBS: Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
* Checkable work history: Have a fully checkable work history.
