Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports usingPower BI. Deliver accurate and timely reports to support service planning, contract monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and fundraising teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data consistency across systems.
Identify data quality issues and support teams in resolving inconsistencies. Produce insights and recommendations from data analysis to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. Ensure reporting meets the needs of internal stakeholders, external commissioners, and statutory bodies. Support data governance processes and uphold data protection and confidentiality principles.
