Job Title: Band 6 Community Nurse Adults Functional SMI Service (Temporary)
Location: North Shropshire (Oswestry & Market Drayton)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00
Working Pattern: On-site only (no hybrid or flexible working available)
Meridian Business support is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Nurse to join an Adult Functional SMI (Severe Mental Illness) Service in North Shropshire. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial period of 8 weeks, covering the Oswestry and Market Drayton areas.
Key Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RMN or RN with relevant experience) Band 6 level
* Proven experience working within adult functional SMI community services
* Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle with business insurance
* Confident in working independently and managing a defined caseload
* Excellent communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills
