Job objectives:

To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the sites' published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any subsequent changes.

Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in contract retention.

To undertake additional training for continuous self-development.

To complete all mandatory e-learning subjects within your first 12 weeks of employment.

To adhere to the requirements in the Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures for Mitie.

To work in any areas or roles delegated by your Supervisor/Line Manager.

To provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring courteous and professional treatment of all persons visiting or working at the site.

To manage a work environment that complies with Health & Safety procedures and policies of Mitie and the client, ensuring a duty of care to all persons on the site.

To support new initiatives and contribute to the development of the site to establish ‘best in class' practices across all Mitie locations.

To undertake mandatory training and proactively manage your development plan with Line Management & online courses.

To promote a team ethos ensuring seamless delivery of service standards to internal and external customers.

To act as an ambassador to the client organization, representing their business appropriately in all duties.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all Mall Staff are aware of their responsibilities through regular contact and training.
* Follow the SIA code of conduct while on duty.

Ensure punctuality, uniform compliance, hygiene standards, and proper display of your SIA license at all times.

Greet visitors courteously and behave professionally, demonstrating integrity and understanding.

Maintain personal appearance and hygiene standards, including uniform and grooming.

Follow site-specific instructions, risk assessments, and safety protocols diligently.

Log incidents accurately, manage personnel, communicate effectively, and handle inquiries professionally.

Dress and groom in accordance with company standards, especially when dealing with clients or visitors.

Adhere to health and safety responsibilities and report issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with information security procedures and report security risks and incidents.
