Resolve on-site technical and construction challenges efficiently.

Support safe and effective delivery of all works in compliance with legislation and company procedures.

Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure works are completed safely and responsibly.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.

Drive high standards of workmanship and ensure defect-free delivery.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value engineering.

Communication and Collaboration

Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure work packages are effectively delivered.

Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Support reporting and project documentation requirements.
