About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Legal Administrator to join our Legal Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating workflows, managing documentation, and supporting legal processes end-to-end.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of contracts and legal documentation, helping maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and communication across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing contracts from receipt through to completion, ensuring timely approvals and signatures
Maintaining contract trackers and the Contracts Library with accurate, up-to-date records
Acting as a key point of contact via the Contracts inbox, responding to queries and supporting stakeholders
Coordinating documentation, monitoring progress, and following up on outstanding actions
Processing E-forms in line with internal procedures
Supporting with Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with data protection requirements
Drafting termination notices for service closures
Maintaining the Gifts & Hospitality Register
Building strong working relationships across internal teams and with external partners
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, Teams, and database/contract systems)
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment
