Naval Architect
We're looking for a skilled
Naval Architect, Marine Engineer,
or
Structural Engineer
to join our expert Naval Architect team.
You'll work on technically complex and prestigious projects, from innovative new builds to high-specification refits — delivering engineering solutions in accordance with the maritime industry standards.
Essential:
· years' relevant experience, ideally, in a marine role
· Degree in: Naval Architecture or Marine/Structural Engineering
· Experience in:
o Structural and stability analysis
o Class and flag compliance
o Technical documentation, reports, and plan submissions
· Strong first principles and structural calculation skills
· Analytical, detail-focused, and technically confident
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work independently and under pressure
Desirable:
· Surveying experience with class societies
· Superyacht or large yacht experience
· Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.)
What You'll Do:
· Liaise with class and flag authorities throughout projects
· Respond to emergent technical challenges during refits
· Support inclining experiments, sea trials, and commissioning
· Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering documents
· Contribute to maintaining and improving engineering standards
