Join our dedicated team as an Activities Coordinator, where you will plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging and meaningful activity programmes for our residents—bringing people together to laugh, share experiences, and have fun!
Salary: £ per hour
Hours: 21 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Create diverse, engaging, and motivational activity programmes tailored to residents’ abilities and interests, promoting independence, socialisation, and wellbeing.
2. Build strong relationships with the local community and collaborate with families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
3. Coordinate and lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise classes, outings, and social events.
4. Work with the care team to involve them in delivering activities and events.
5. Source and manage external entertainers, performers, or volunteers from the community.
6. Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.
7. Bring your creative approach, enthusiasm, and caring nature to the role.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
3. Strong planning, organising, and flexibility skills.
4. Good IT skills, including social media platforms.
5. Full driving licence is essential for driving company vehicles.
6. A friendly, creative, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
