What Youll Do: Youll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across Europe Youll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development) Youll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams) Youll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the teams success with a focus on quality service Theres clear career progression - the speed and level of progression is down to you; one of our directors started as a trainee consultant in the role being advertised here and within four years progressed to Director level; youll be supported with training and mentoring to reach your full potential.
