Reporting
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
Responsibilities
* Administer and coordinate delivery of an expanding Coach Development programme, connecting support into Thriving Clubs.
* Coordinate a diverse casual workforce to deliver a robust Coach Development programme across the county.
* Work with colleagues to influence diversity, volunteering, behaviours and safeguarding to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
* Communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, manage relationships and ensure safeguarding is a paramount consideration in all aspects of the role.

Interviews will be on Tuesday 30 September or Wednesday 1 October 2025 and will take place at The County Ground, Letchworth, Herts, SG6 2EN. If second stage interviews are held, these will take place from Monday 6 October 2025 onwards.
