I am looking for a Multi Trade based around Norfolk to work for a Housing Association on their day to day repairs team. This role is a permanent contract with a salary of £37,000 per annum including call‑outs and comes with a company van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
* Working in tenanted council properties across Norfolk
* 2nd fix maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering & tiling
* Working on the call‑out rota 1 in 5 weeks
Requirements
* Experience working in council properties previously
* Wide skill‑set for multi trade work
* Clean and valid UK driving licence
* Willing to have DBS Check
