Job Description

3. Process and maintain accurate sales ledger records, including invoicing and receipts.
4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
5. Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
6. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
7. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
8. Respond promptly to client and internal queries related to sales ledger accounts.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:

11. Experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance field.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills to handle financial data.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
15. Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
16. An understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
17. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
