As a Commercial Marketing Manager at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth within our commercial customer base. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in B2B marketing, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns. You will collaborate closely with distributors, resellers, and internal teams to amplify Lenovo’s brand presence and ensure the success of commercial initiatives across the UK & Ireland.

What are the key responsibilities of this role?

1. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial marketing strategies aligned with Lenovo’s business objectives for the UK & Ireland market.
2. Partner with distributors and resellers to design and deliver quarterly co-marketing initiatives, leveraging Market Development Funds and targeted communication plans.
3. Integrate Lenovo-owned and end-user campaigns into commercial marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand amplification across all channels.
4. Oversee and manage marketing and co-marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.
5. Design and administer commercial incentive programmes to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.
6. Plan and execute experiential marketing events, including conferences, exhibitions, training sessions, and VIP engagements.
7. Coordinate regular engagement with WEP Partners, ConnectEd Partners, and other key commercial stakeholders.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to commercial clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating marketing strategies, activities, and results.


What will help you to get your job done?

9. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
10. 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or product/category marketing, ideally within the PC or technology sector.
11. Demonstrable understanding of the B2B market and commercial sales models.
12. Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditure.
13. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on feedback regarding marketing tools and activities.
14. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
15. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
16. Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activations and follow-through.
