SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) - Southport

Hours: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Veritas Education are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant / Unqualified SEN TA to work full-time in an Outstanding SEN School in Southport. This is a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
Support access to the curriculum and positive behaviour management
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with SEN or a strong desire to work in SEN
Patient, resilient, and empathetic
Confident supporting behaviour or willing to learn
Able to commit to a full-time role in Southport
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Recent CV with 10-year employment history
Professional references and safeguarding checks
