Based in central London, the company specialises in delivering high-quality, trustworthy data that helps clients make smarter, faster decisions. With a young, ambitious team and a culture built on energy and collaboration, they’re now looking for their next Account Executive to join the journey.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial team, including the Managing Director and Commercial Director, by responding to client requests, preparing proposals, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This role is all about building relationships, using initiative, and making things happen. You’ll be at the heart of the client and supplier communication process, making sure deadlines are met and everything runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
* Support client requests by preparing proposals and coordinating responses quickly and accurately.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
* Work with suppliers to source the right data solutions and negotiate on pricing/timelines.
* Oversee the smooth delivery of projects, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout.
* Keep clients updated on progress and troubleshoot any challenges along the way.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital research/data.
* Collaborate with the wider commercial team on growth opportunities and client retention strategies.
Candidate Profile
This role is about personality, drive, and potential as much as experience. It could suit a recent graduate or someone with early market research exposure (e.g. internship, telephone interviewing, or client services). What matters most is that you’re eager to learn, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A confident communicator who can hold their own with clients and colleagues.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
* Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player.
* Comfortable with Excel and CRM databases (training provided where needed).
