Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
* Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding specific cleaning requirements or concerns
* Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within allocated timeframes
* Assist with additional duties as required, such as waste disposal and restocking supplies
Requirements
* Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites
* Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and visitors
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
