We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and ambitious Talent Assistant to join our fast-growing talent division. You’ll be at the heart of exciting influencer campaigns, working side by side with the talent team to support our roster and connect them with the brands shaping culture, fashion, and lifestyle today.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every stage of the process — from pitching and negotiating, to campaign delivery and reporting — while helping our talent shine.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of our roster of talent.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with talent and brands, ensuring collaborations are the perfect fit.
* Assist in managing end-to-end campaigns: outreach, briefing, negotiating, contracting, and ensuring delivery.
* Coordinate content calendars across all talent, keeping projects on track and deadlines met.
* Track campaign performance, report insights, and spot opportunities for growth.
* Chaperone talent to events, brand activations, PA appearances, and medical appointments when required.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure we’re representing talent in fresh, innovative ways.
* Support the planning and execution of in-house talent events.
You’ll Need to Have
* Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.
* Strong relationships with brands and talent, or the skills to build them quickly.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* A good understanding of the PR and talent industry.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
* A strong knowledge of social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and an eye for trends.
