BMS Static Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day service, maintenance, and fault-finding of BMS systems
* Carrying out routine checks, diagnostics, and minor upgrades
* Supporting energy performance and system optimisation initiatives
* Working closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth system operation
* Identifying potential system improvements and supporting upgrade works
Desired Experience:
* Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer
* Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Siemens systems (any manufacturer experience considered)
* Confident in fault-finding, adjustments, and software interrogation
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Based within commutable distance to Central London
