This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to play a key role in the growth of a well-established regional firm in Mansfield.
Depending on location, this role offers the opportunity to shape a developing office from the ground up.
Who we’re looking for
4. 10+ years’ Private Client experience
5. Strong probate and estate administration background
6. Proven billing track record
7. Supervisory experience (Desired)
8. Experience in business development and referrer growth
9. Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience (Desired)
10. STEP qualified (Desired)
11. Experience dealing with HNW clients (Desired)
12. Commercially aware, collaborative and hands-on
What you’ll be doing
13. Managing your own probate-heavy caseload (wills & LPAs included)
14. Supporting and supervising junior team members
15. Building internal referral relationships with property, litigation and corporate teams
16. Developing relationships with IFAs, accountants and other local referrers
17. Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
18. Helping shape and structure a developing team
19. Building capability and strength
20. Creating a more structured and scalable offering
