Key Responsibilities
* Engage with and build positive relationships with vulnerable clients.
* Collaborate with Health & Wellbeing Teams and other support services to address the holistic needs of individuals.
* Provide progress reports and management information in clear and agreed formats, meeting reporting schedules.
* Prioritise and manage workload, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
* Continuously update knowledge of statutory and voluntary services, creating pathways for clients.
* Engage creatively with marginalised individuals, identifying and removing barriers to care.
* Support victims and survivors of the Troubles or other trauma‑affected service recipients.
* Contribute to outcomes‑focused monitoring and evaluation processes, using psychometric tools.
Qualifications & Experience
* University degree or professional qualification in a relevant area.
* Alternative: 5 GCSEs grades A–C including English language and 2 years of voluntary/paid experience (≥16 h/week) in a community/voluntary/statutory setting working with people with mental or physical health issues.
* Alternative: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and 1 year of voluntary/paid experience (≥16 h/week) in a similar setting.
* At least 1 year of experience working with or in the interests of victims/survivors of the Troubles, or trauma‑affected groups.
* Experience demonstrating outcome measurement, monitoring and evaluation.
* Proof of up‑to‑date awareness of statutory and voluntary services and ability to create routes for clients.
Other Requirements
Legal entitlement to work in the UK; visa or work permit details to be provided if required.
Disclosure of any criminal convictions, if applicable.
2‑year sickness absence record may be requested.
Full, clean driving licence or evidence of reliable transport.
