We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years + Estate Agency sales experience as a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager, with some valuation experience.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Monday to Friday 8.1 Saturday off per month but day back in lieu
~5 day working week

Canvassing to bring on new properties
Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
Preparing sales brochures
Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
Promoting properties via different mediums
A minimum of 2 years + experience in Estate Agency sales
Must have a full understanding of the sales process
Local area knowledge essential
Excellent telephone manner and very well presented
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
