Due to a period of innovation, Spire have opened a state of the art Patient Support Centre in the heart of Brentwood; we now have a number of Administrator and Customer Service vacancies available in our new hub for people looking to develop or begin their healthcare career. In this pivotal role, you will be expected to provide and maintain an efficient service for all of our patients who contact the centre - we receive hundreds of calls daily across our 3 main departments; Self Pay Bookings NHS Bookings Outpatient Appointments When applying for the role we will consider your application against all 3 departments criteria, those will strong experience in both customer service and sales will be prioritised. However, we do provide full comprehensive training.
