Responsibilities :
* Support the Head of Finance in daily financial operations
* Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
* Utilise strong Excel skills to analyse financial data and prepare reports
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
* Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing processes
* Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients and vendors
* Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Skills :
* Previous experience as a finance assistant
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
* Proficient in Excel with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
