In this client-facing role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding families through their educational journey and helping them make informed decisions about their children’s learning.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Deliver clear, engaging presentations tailored to the needs of parents and students.
Understand families' educational goals and provide appropriate recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Track and manage client data to support decision-making and internal reporting.
Keep up-to-date with education trends, curriculum changes, and market developments.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education consultancy.
Background in the education sector is a strong advantage.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Confidence in engaging with diverse audiences — both in person and online.
Fluent spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
