This is a diverse, hands‑on management role covering crop management, storage, operations, record keeping and customer liaison for crop movements. Qualifications
We are open to applicants who are experienced farm managers as well as those earlier in their career with strong practical farming experience and the drive to grow into a management role. What matters most is good judgement, willingness to learn and the ability to work closely within a busy, fast‑moving team.
