Job Description:
Sales Manager, Leicestershire. £35,000 – £38,000 per annum, hybrid working, bonus potential of upto 5K. This is a quality venue operating at a high level
We are looking for an awesome Sales Manager to join the team at a quality country house hotel in Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will be a warm, friendly professional who shares a passion for service excellence, has an eye for detail and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will report into the Revenue Manager whilst working in a close partnership with our General Manager and Group Director of Sales.
Overview of the role:
1. Grow our business profitably both reactively and proactively.
2. Retain and develop our database of clients maximising profits.
3. Have a good understanding of our competitor set, and where we sit within the market.
4. Be the main point of contact for all corporate events, weddings, social events and exclusive bookings.
5. Ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing weddings and events to enable us to fulfil our contracted promises to clients and guests consistently.
6. Liaise and build partnerships with our third party suppliers and ensure a strong working relationship with each of them.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
