Role Overview We are seeking a Manager to join BearingPoint’s rapidly growing Microsoft practice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven solutions. You will manage delivery teams, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful outcomes for our clients. While deep technical expertise is not required, you should have a strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and a passion for driving business value through technology. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Own the delivery of Microsoft-based projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met throughout the project life cycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, to deliver client solutions. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate challenging situations effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project initiation, delivery, and close. Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences. Team Development Mentor and support consultants within the Microsoft team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Contribute to recruitment and on-boarding as the team grows. Practice Growth Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations. Help shape the Microsoft practice by contributing to service offerings and thought leadership. Promote BearingPoint’s values and commitment to innovation. Qualifications Experience in project or programme management within consulting. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, M365) and their business applications. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools—understanding how they can transform business processes. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable. Why work for us?
