We are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our close‑knit team in Borehamwood.

Salary & Contract
£35K – £45K per annum, DOE, full time, permanent.
Hours
Shifts outside of standard operating hours (8am‑6pm). The out‑of‑hours shifts are on a rota basis and include weekends.

Responsibilities
* Providing excellent 2nd line technical support to our clients.
* Acting as an escalation point for the 1st line support team.
* Troubleshooting issues across a wide range of systems and technologies.
* Working on projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and more.
* Assisting with research and development of new services and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or systems role.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Windows networking.
* Basic routing, switching, and firewall rules.
* Printer support and troubleshooting.
