Sales Assistants
If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be perfect for you.
Your role will include:
* Providing excellent customer service with a smile
* Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and well-presented
* Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment
* Working flexibly across different shifts
Contracts start from 4 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.
.Key Holders (16 hours per week + overtime)
As a Key Holder, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s management team - helping to lead colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Driven, hardworking, and reliable
* Experienced in a busy retail setting (discount retail is an advantage, but not essential)
* Ready to take on responsibility and support with leadership tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers
* Driving sales and achieving KPIs
* Supporting with recruitment, training, and motivating staff
* Ensuring company standards are met and maintained
* Overseeing health & safety for the store and colleagues
